Return Policy for a Refund or Exchange

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of date of delivery (day customer receives order).
- Product must be in unworn/new condition.
- Do not tape up shoe box, or the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Include original packing slip and reason for return.

Sobeyo strives to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.  But, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have the option to return your order and get a refund.  Most importantly, please give us a call at 1-800-557-4617 if you received any defective items.

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted. Merchandise must be returned in an unworn condition with its original packaging material.  Worn merchandise is not eligible for refunds or exchanges and will be returned to sender. 

Please do not tape up the shoe box when returning merchandise. Send back your returns in a wrapped package. Returns received unwrapped or without the original shoe box will be subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. 

Returns for any special occasion parties purchased through our website will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please include the original invoice with your return and a brief explanation for return (i.e. “Too big”).  Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your returns.



Once Sobeyo receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund and credit the refund back to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method, as the process may take an extended amount of time due to your credit card company especially during busy holidays. 

We are working diligently to process returns as soon as they arrive. We appreciate your patience in this matter.

Should you receive defective or wrong item(s), please contact us through email or by phone to request an exchange. We will provide a return shipping label for the customer to send the item(s) back to us.

For a replacement of your order, please follow the Return Instructions and write "Exchange" along with your reason for the exchange on the invoice. Upon receipt of your return, we will gladly send out the replacement of the original item(s), free of charge, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, we will provide you with a full refund including the original shipping amount.

At this time, all orders outside of the United States are final. We take extra care inspecting international orders to ensure correct shipments.
