Do I need to register to place an order?
You do not need to register to place an order. You can check out as a Guest or register as soon as you have finished shopping.

How do I cancel an order?
To ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner, we cannot cancel or modify your order after it has been placed. Please call our Customer Service if you need further assistance.

Why has my order been cancelled?

Why can’t I place an order?
Make sure the credit card information you entered is correct. Also double check your billing information to make sure it matches what the bank has on file. Make sure your zip code is correctly entered. You can view the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on order status.


SHIPPING

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your order has been submitted. A second email will be sent out when your order has been shipped.

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package.

What kinds of shipping options do you offer?

Do you ship internationally?
As of right now, we only ship to Canada.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Please note that Sobeyo is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. We will, however, do our best to help you resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.
