RETURNS
Sobeyo strives to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased from us, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the shipped date. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Please note the following for all returns:
  • Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged with its original packaging
  • Any worn merchandise returned to us will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. No refund or exchange will be given to worn merchandise
  • All clearance purchases are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged
  • Please do not tape up the shoe box to return any footwear. Send back your returns in a wrapped package. Returns received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for all items. We do not offer free shipping labels for returns
  • Please include the original invoice with your return and a brief explanation for the return
  • We reserve the right to limit the number of returns

RETURN SHIPPING LABEL
We currently do not offer free returns. We do however, offer return shipping labels for $8.50 for one return item. For every additional item, there will be an additional $3.00 charge. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund or can be paid through PayPal, Amazon Payment or credit card. Shipping labels will be sent to the customer’s direct email address. Please contact us for more information.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund and will credit the refund back to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to be credited. The process may take longer depending on your credit card company or during national holidays. We work diligently to process returns as soon as they arrive and appreciate your patience in this matter.

EXCHANGES
Although it rarely happens, should you receive a defective, or a wrong item, please return the merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date for an exchange or refund. Please contact our Customer Service through email or phone so that we can resolve the situation.

Please note that the above policies apply only to domestic orders within the United States. All orders outside the United States are FINAL. We take extreme care in inspecting international orders to ensure correct shipments.
